We’ve designed our space with both comfort and functionality in mind, ensuring that every student—whether brand new or highly experienced—feels safe, challenged, and empowered to explore their practice.

Highly Qualified Instructors –

Every teacher at Yoga Rouge is 200+ hour certified, meaning they’ve gone through intensive training in sequencing, breathwork, alignment, and the ability to read the room to ensure every student is getting the best possible experience. Our teachers don’t just lead a class—they guide, support, and adapt to what students need in the moment. A Supportive Atmosphere – We embrace a judgment-free, welcoming space where you can move at your own pace and feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Yoga is about progress, not perfection. Professional-Grade Flooring – We’ve installed high-quality yoga flooring to provide extra cushioning and joint support. Whether you’re in a deep lunge or flowing through Chaturangas (we know you love them), you won’t feel the usual strain on your knees and wrists (back and body). (These specialty floors also require you to keep your core more engaged, which not only protects your back, but gives you a safer, better workout). (**we do require each student has a yoga mat and towel for the safety and mindfulness of all)
